You can schedule a pickup through our website or mobile app. You can also use the Contact Us form—submit it and we’ll get back to you and help you get scheduled.
We pick up laundry from 7:00–9:00 AM, Monday-Thursday, and deliver it back the next business day.
No. Just leave your laundry in a designated spot—usually the front porch—and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll receive a text when the driver is en route for pickup and again after delivery.
You'll enter your card info when you schedule. You won’t be charged until your laundry is washed, dried, folded, and weighed. The total is based on final dry weight.
Service Questions
Yes. You can specify preferences like wash temperature or folding vs. hanging (e.g., Please hang all of my hooded sweatshirts) when scheduling your pickup.
Yes—light stain removal is included. We treat stains we see during sorting, but if there's something specific, place that item in a separate bag with a note or update your laundry profile. Letting us know the type of stain helps. Pre-treating at home also increases success. While we do our best, getting all stains successfully removed is not guaranteed.
We wash anything that fits in our commercial machines and can be safely dried in our dryers.
At this time, we don’t process delicates, dry cleaning, or items requiring air-drying or special handling, like ironing.
No, we do not offer dry cleaning services.
We take great care with every order, including video surveillance at all times within our facility that ensures everything you gave us is returned to you. If anything goes wrong, contact us right away. We have policies in place to resolve such issues.
No, we do not provide ironing services.
No, sorting is included with our service.
No—your laundry is always washed separately from all other customers’ laundry.
We routinely hang collared shirts, blouses, dresses, and slacks.
We do not read individual care labels. All items are cleaned using our standard commercial wash and dry process.

Contaminated Items We cannot accept items that are:
· Soiled with bodily fluids (human or pet)
· Covered in excessive pet hair
· Affected by tar, mildew, bedbugs
· Exposed to poison ivy/oak oils or hazardous chemicals

Pickup and Delivery Questions
On your pickup day (between 7:00–9:00 am), place your laundry in any bag (kitchen bags work well). Please double-check your pockets—we are not responsible for damage caused by items like gum, lipstick, pens, etc. The next business day, your laundry will be returned folded and clean. We’ll text you when it’s enroute and once it’s delivered.
You can schedule as needed—one-time, weekly, or bi-weekly. Whatever fits your routine.
Yes, there's a $30 minimum per order.
Standard turnaround is next business day delivery. Same-day express delivery service is available for an additional fee.
You can cancel or reschedule through our website or app. Please do so before 6:00 AM on pickup day to avoid a missed pickup fee.
It happens! A $10 missed pick-up fee applies if a scheduled pickup attempt is unsuccessful, but you can reschedule easily through your online account.
Place items in a cinchable bag (kitchen bags work well). After your first order, we’ll provide you with a free branded laundry bag for future pick-ups.
Choose a secure, accessible spot—most customers use the front porch. Drivers cannot and will not enter private spaces like homes, garages, or vehicles.
Unbag your laundry as soon as possible, especially in hot, humid, or freezing conditions to maintain freshness.
Pricing & Payment Questions
Most items are charged by weight. Bulky items like comforters are charged per item, since they require separate wash cycles and extended drying time. Charges are based on the final clean weight, not incoming weight.
We have a $30 order minimum and a $10 missed pick-up fee.
Items like comforters must be washed alone and dried on low heat for several hours. It’s industry standard to charge more for these.
If your payment fails, your order won’t be delivered until payment is updated. You can update your card in your account or by calling us. Once payment is received, delivery happens the next business day.
Most individuals generate 10–15 lbs. of laundry per week.
They’re free! One comes with your first order. If you wear one out, we’ll replace it too.
Yes! New customers save 20% on each of their first two orders. We also run seasonal promotions throughout the year.

We offer both regular scented and free & clear detergent options.
Our brand new facility was built in 2025 specifically for laundry processing. It features new commercial washers and dryers, stainless steel folding tables, a clean, sanitary environment for processing, and a dedicated delivery vehicle to keep your laundry safe every step of the way.
Yes. Our entire system is contactless by design. We follow a “milk route” model: you leave your laundry out, we pick it up and deliver it back—no contact necessary.
